LE TOUR blanc - a Tour de France bicycle poster


Made from about 700 carefully placed, hand-restored illustrations of vintage bicycles, bike parts, and bicycle accoutrements, the elements all come together to spell out LE TOUR, a nickname of the Tour de France bicycle race. In celebration of the Tour starting its 2022 edition in Denmark, there's also a small Danish flag in there somewhere.

This edition of the poster is without colour, like "le maillot blanc" (the white jersey), which is given to the best placed rider in the overall standings who is under the age of 26— "A leader in waiting". Click here to see the other posters in this series.
